📣 Exciting News Members and Guests.
📅 Tomorrow (Wednesday 15 April) we Go Live with our new facility management software.
💻 The new software will streamline and improve our facility administration, helping us to provide a higher level of service for you all.
📋 We are taking steps to minimise service disruptions, ensure information is up to date and aim for a smooth transition.
ℹ️ We may need to confirm or update your information in the new system over the coming days or weeks when you visit.
🙏 We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this transition.

💕 After 11 years of dedication to our aquatic programs and swimmers, our beloved Programs Supervisor, Lucy Williams, is stepping down.
👱♀️Lucy has been integral to so many children and adults swimming journeys during this time. Whether as an infant instructor, a swimming coach, a schools instructor, a mentor, a Supervisor, a colleague or even a friend, she has done it all.
🏊♀️ She has brought a high standard of dedication, knowledge, experience, passion and caring to our aquatic programs, something we will be forever grateful for.
🧑🧑🧒🧒 Lucy will be taking time off over Term 2 to recharge and focus on her family. She will then rejoin us later in the year in a more casual capacity.
📝 We have temporary arrangements in place for our Term 2 program, as we review and recruit for the longer term.
💫 We wish Lucy all the best for this next chapter and thank her for immeasurable contribution to our program and facilities.

Its a new era for you Lucy Williams all your dedication is the foundation of Sapphire Aquatic Centre swim school. You would be very missed. I'm grateful i worked with you. Defiantly big shoes to fill.
